Method for designing multi-input system identification signals using a compact time-frequency representation

چکیده

Abstract A flight test campaign for system identification is a costly and time-consuming task. Models derived from wind tunnel experiments CFD calculations must be validated and/or updated with data to match the real aircraft stability control characteristics. Classical maneuvers are mostly one-surface-at-a-time inputs need performed several times at each condition. Various methods defining very rich multi-axis maneuvers, instance based on multisine/sum of sines signals, already exist. new design method wavelet transform allowing definition in time-frequency domain has been developed. The compact representation chosen allows user define fairly complex few parameters. This demonstrated using simulated high-quality Airbus A320 dynamic model. System then this data, results show that aerodynamic parameters can still accurately estimated these simple maneuvers.

Finite-time Flocking of Multi-agent System with Input Saturation

In this paper a finite-time flocking of multi-agent system with input saturation is investigated. By introducing a new control protocol, it is show that speed and position of agents with double-integrator dynamics converge to the speed and position of leader in finite time. It is assumed that the graph between the agents is connected and that at least one agent is informed of the leader speed a...

Time-Frequency Representation of Microseismic Signals using the Synchrosqueezing Transform

Resonance frequencies can provide useful information on the deformation occurring during fracturing experiments or CO2 management, complementary to the microseismic event distribution. An accurate time-frequency representation is of crucial importance prior to interpreting the cause of resonance frequencies during microseismic experiments. The popular methods of Short-Time Fourier Transform (ST...

Time-Frequency Representation of Signals Using Kalman Filter

Data analysis is a necessary part of practical applications as well as of pure research. The problem of data analysis is of great interest in engineering areas such as signal processing, speech recognition, vibration analysis, time series modelling, etc. Sensing of physical effects transformed to time series of voltage represents measured reality for us. However, the knowledge of time character...

Clustering Noisy Signals with Structured Sparsity Using Time-Frequency Representation

We propose a simple and efficient time-series clustering framework particularly suited for low Signalto-Noise Ratio (SNR), by simultaneous smoothing and dimensionality reduction aimed at preserving clustering information. We extend the sparse K-means algorithm by incorporating structured sparsity, and use it to exploit the multi-scale property of wavelets and group structure in multivariate sig...
